The Process
A clear path from first conversation to final walkthrough.
One accountable team guides your renovation through design and construction, with clear decisions, documented progress, and consistent communication at every stage.
Discovery
We begin with a focused conversation and on-site review to understand your home, priorities, investment range, and desired timeline.
Design
We develop the layout, plans, material selections, and a detailed project scope so major decisions are made before construction begins.
Build
Joe oversees construction, trade coordination, quality control, and documented progress from demolition through final installation.
Reveal
We complete a detailed final walkthrough, address remaining items, and provide care information and workmanship-warranty documentation.
Consultation Portal
A project discovery questionnaire, not a contact form.
We qualify intent before we qualify budget. Tell us about the space, the parameters, and the life you want it to support — we'll respond with a discovery invitation within two business days.
