Project Overview

We preserved and polished the original terrazzo floors and paired them with clean, modern updates for a fresh mid-century–inspired vibe. The kitchen opens to the living area with a seating peninsula, and the bath got a crisp, hotel-style refresh. Simple lines, soft grays, and bright whites keep the look timeless while honoring the home’s era. Look at the original appliances from the 50’s when we started.
