Project Overview

We preserved the original footprint and delivered a full-home refresh with a bright, coastal feel. The only layout change was relocating the HVAC and water heater to bring the laundry indoors, adding everyday convenience without sacrificing space. We also applied new stucco around the entire exterior for a crisp, uniform finish. Inside and out, every surface was updated for a clean, modern look.
