Project Overview
We opened up the main living area by removing the kitchen walls and adding a peninsula for extra prep space, seating, and storage. The former back sunroom was converted into a true third bedroom with an en-suite bath, giving the home a private guest/primary option. A stained beam now spans the vaulted living room, tying the space together visually. We also relocated the laundry indoors for everyday convenience. Behind the walls, the home received all-new plumbing, insulation, electrical, and HVAC, plus a new roof—modern comfort from top to bottom.
